SD1-MULTICALIBER COMBAT RIFLE
The SD1-Multicaliber is our flagship combat rifle chambered in 5.56mm NATO. Engineered for exceptional accuracy and reliability in all combat environments. Features Swedish steel components, ambidextrous controls, and modular design. Includes our proprietary non-IR reflective coating available in multiple tactical color schemes.
MIL-SPEC COMPATIBILITY
While featuring our proprietary enhancements, all Steen Defense rifles adhere to military specifications for the AR-15 platform. This ensures full compatibility with standard AR-15 components including bolt carrier groups, lower receivers, triggers, and magazines. Operators can freely interchange parts between Steen Defense rifles and other mil-spec AR-15 platforms, providing ultimate flexibility for mission-specific customization and simplified logistics.

PROPRIETARY SOLUTIONS
Our innovative design features an enhanced connection between the upper and lower receiver, creating a significantly 'tighter' weapon that reduces recoil, prevents dirt infiltration, and provides a sturdier feel in tactical situations. We've also developed a much more robust barrel fixing system that not only improves accuracy but allows you to put substantial pressure on the hand guard without accidentally adjusting the barrel position.

PROPRIETARY HAND GUARD SYSTEM
Our proprietary hand guard offers the strength of a monolithic receiver while still accepting any mil spec barrel, and keeps the weapon modular allowing the mounting of any length of hand guard at any time.
The barrel extension seats more secure than in a mil spec receiver and offers greater potential for accuracy, especially in difficult environments and while under pressure.
